To my knowledge, there has never been any regular big classic car show so far in eastern France. This week-end, the first Auto-Moto Classic show was held in Strasbourg, complete with several restoration companies, importers, and even an auction containing several Bugattis.

Here is my picture dump:

Race cars:

Auction cars:

I wasn’t at the auction itself, but some of the cars were estimated at pretty reasonable prices. Not the Bugattis, of course.

France:

Being a French event, there were loads of french cars, I had never seen as many Facel Vegas in one place.

Germany:

Being close to the border and having one localmajor BMW dealer certainly helped.

Italy:

Some high end cars and 500s in all colors and shapes.

Great Britain:

The usual suspects from Great Britain.

USA:

Surprisingly few american cars, one of them being a Corvette powered Ford, and two AMCs disguised as Renaults.

Spain:

One single Hispano Suiza, but what a beautiful machine

Bikes:

There were a few bikes too, with the local Harley Davidson dealer having his area.

Military:

Parking Lot:

There was a reserved parking lot for 30+ year old cars. It was a slow day, but there were still some goodies.

Yes, quite a few of them actually, you recognize them by the “Mulhouse” tags in front of them

Some awesome rides there...loving those classic rally cars...especially the Peugeot 205s!

Some of those pre-war cars are amazing as well!

It has only been on the road since 2012, when it was sold by Heuliez after long storage. It was estimated between 180.000 and 220.000€
